I’m trying to order something online and it says out of stock. Can I still order it?

If something is out of stock and we are getting the product back in we will update the website with an inventory count once we receive the item. You can contact us to see if we will be restocking the item.

What is your return policy?

In most cases, bicycles cannot be returned or refunded.

Do you do rentals by the hour or half day rentals?

We only offer full-day rentals at this time due to the bikes needing to be cleaned and checked over before going out again. In the future, we are hoping to be able to offer hourly rentals at a reduced price.
