I understand that riding an electric bicycle involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, accidents, collisions, falls, or loss of control, and I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseeable or not.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Hoosier Cruisers LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liability, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the e-bike rental, including claims arising from negligence.

I acknowledge that helmets and closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all riders.
I agree to wear a helmet and closed-toe shoes at all times while riding the e-bike, and understand this is a condition of the rental.

Riders must be at least 18 years old with an ID to rent and ride independently. Riders under 18 or without an ID must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will also sign this waiver and accept responsibility for the minor's safety and conduct.

I agree to return the e-bike and all equipment in the same condition as when received. I will be responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during my rental period. I will not tamper with pedal assist speeds.

I agree to obey all local traffic laws, ride safely and respectfully, and avoid riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

I certify that I am physically fit to ride an e-bike and do not have any conditions that would prevent safe operation.

I agree to return the e-bike by the agreed-upon return time and location.
A late fee of $20 per bike will be charged for any bike not returned on time.
If the bike is not returned within 24 hours of the rental period, I understand that I will receive daily charges of $120 until the bike is paid for in full or returned in acceptable condition. No refunds will be issued for time not used, for bikes returned late, or for rentals that are forfeited due to failure to return the bike within the designated timeframe.
