Welcome to hoosiercruisers.com (the "Site"), operated by Hoosier Cruisers LLC ("Hoosier Cruisers," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, purchasing an e-bike, or renting an e-bike from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Hoosier Cruisers sells and rents e-bikes and accessories in Southern Indiana, including Lawrence, Orange, Monroe, Daviess, Crawford, Brown, Martin, Jackson, Washington, Dubois, and Greene counties. We also offer financing on purchases through Klarna, a third-party financing provider.

• All renters must be at least 18 years old with valid ID, or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who signs on their behalf.
• Helmets and closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all riders.
• Renters must sign our Rental & Liability Waiver before any rental begins. Rental of an e-bike is not confirmed until the waiver has been signed.
• Late returns are subject to a $20 per bike late fee. Bikes not returned within 24 hours of the agreed return time will incur daily charges of $120 until the bike is returned or paid for in full.
• No refunds are issued for unused rental time, late returns, or forfeited rentals due to failure to return equipment.
• Renters are responsible for damage, loss, or theft of the e-bike and equipment during the rental period.

• E-bikes and accessories purchased through the Site are subject to availability.
• Financing offered through Klarna is subject to Klarna's own terms, credit approval, and disclosures. Hoosier Cruisers is not the lender and is not responsible for Klarna's financing decisions or terms.
• Pricing, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Riding an e-bike involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, collisions, falls, and loss of control. By renting or purchasing an e-bike from us, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. Full risk and liability terms are set out in our Rental & Liability Waiver, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference for all rental transactions.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Site
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms

All content on the Site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Hoosier Cruisers or its licensors (including e-bike manufacturers such as Urtopia and Mokwheel) and may not be used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoosier Cruisers and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your rental, or your purchase, except as otherwise provided in our Rental & Liability Waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
